Dottie Bath



I made this card using "Dottie Bath" by Bugaboo and colored her with Copics.  The pink bubble paper I bought from Pininkie Digital Supplies on Etsy and all the other papers are from my stash.  I used stickles for the bubble bath, rhinestones are by Recollections, Fiskars border punch, and the sentiment is computer generated.
