QKR Stampede Challenge #146 "For a Child"

Here it is, the 1st Friday in July, and time for a new challenge over at QKR Stampede!  This week our theme is "For a Child" and I chose image #15412 Bubbles.  The layout is for  Mojo Monday Challenge #404.  I colored him with copics and used star dust stickles to highlight the bubbles.   I cut different sized rings out on my silhouette to look like bubbles and used Wink of Stella on them for added bling.   Bubble paper was purchased from Pininkie at Etsy, Bo Bunny buttercup dot, orange cs from my stash, and green cs from The Paper Studio.
