It's time for a new challenge at QKR Stampede and this week our challenge is to use 3 of something! I chose image #4104 Witch Balloon Holder and image #7002 Jack-O-Lantern Balloon. I imported the balloons in Silhouette Studio to print and cut out. The background clouds are sponged with Dusty Concord distressing ink and sprayed with smooch spritz for added shimmer. I used copics for the face and belt. Green and orange jute from Hobby Lobby and purple piece from my stash for the balloon strings. The Halloween paper is by The Paper Studio and the balloons were scraps.
