Welcome Piper!

I made this card for our GREAT niece!  The image was a freebie from Bodil's Scrappeverden (Norwegian).  I colored the image with copics, cut out with SB large circle die, matted with SB large lacy circle die, and wink of stella on the stars.  Pink dotted paper from my stash, footprint, plaid paper, and velum from The Paper Studio.  Fiskars scalloped border punch and star brads from my stash.
