QKR Stampede Challenge #220 - Chritstmas Tag

There's a new challenge at QKR Stampede and this week is make a Christmas Tag.  I chose image #2806 Do Not Open from Eureka Stamps (our sister stamp company).  I opened it in Silhouette Studio so I could change it around by moving the sentiment from the bottom to the side.  I colored it with copics, clear wink of stella on the gift and Christmas, and glossy accents on the berries.  The tag is from a 5 piece gift tag set in the Silhouette store and I made an offset for the matting.  Ribbon, twine, and plaid paper from my stash, To/From stamp from Sizzix framelets with stamps set, stamped with colorbox ink in cranberry, and sequins from ArtMinds.

Stop by QKR Stampede's challenge blog to see the FESTIVE tags my DT sisters have made and join our fabulous challenge!  The prize for winning is 2 digital images of your choice, but if you use a QKR image you will win 3 digital images of your choice!  Hope to see you there!

  1. Brenda, your tag is just adorable. Love those eyeballs peeking out. I have to admit that I haven't seen this image before and sorry that I missed it. Perfect sequins.

  2. A nicely designed Christmas tag that I can see work with almost any kind of wrapping paper. I don't believe I'll be able to make my own for all gifts this year, but at least I've got a few. I struggle with making tags, so little space....

  4. I haven't made one tag....guess I had better get started. Thanks for the inspiration. Heck, I better get wrapping paper or my Christmas cloth bags out first.
