QKR Stampede #243

It's Friday and time for a new challenge at QKR Stampede!  This week our optional twist is "Graduation".  I chose Cap, imported into Silhouette Studio to print and cut out, and then colored with copics.  My good friend, Rhonda, let me borrow her Sizzix Framelits Drop-Ins to create the frame and congratulations for the card.  I used foam and an acetate sheet from Queen and CO, which I cut out twice for thickness to make into a shaker card.  CS from Hobby Lobby, confetti and glitter from my stash, and Darice Graduation Cap embossing folder used on the gold background (it's there under all the confetti and glitter!).  This will go to my niece when she graduates high school in a month.

    Brenda, your card is just stunning! I'm sure your niece will LOVE it. I love shaker cards. I wished you lived a lot closer and we could share tools/dies/stamps, hehe. Have a great weekend and Mother's Day.
