Duff's Birthday

I made this card for my brother for his birthday (I also used the same image for my DH a couple posts ago).  This is Gus Golf by Jodi over at Bugaboo Stamps.  I colored him with copics, glossy accents for his glasses, and cut out with Lawn Fawn large rectangle die.  The layout is for Stella Says Sketch #417 and the October Recipe Challenge at Catch the Bug.  CS from my stash, DP from Doodlebug Designs Happy Harvest 6x6 pad, and golf ball buttons from Embellishment Buttons at Etsy.  I made the indside by importing the image into Silhouette Studio and erasing everything but the flag, then used the Crooked font for the words.  My inspiration for this was from a pin I saw on Pinterest.

  6. Brenda, I just LOVE this card. Those golf balls are just too precious. My boyfriend is one that has to golf EVERY Sunday and is still going here in WI believe it or not. We are planning our trips this winter and he is planning to take the clubs and just put insurance on them. The border is perfect!!!! I know you will have someone who will love this card.
