QKR Stampede #237 - ATG w/Optional Twist Up, Up, & Away

Can you believe it's the LAST day of March???  It's also new challenge day at QKR Stampede and this week our optional twist is "Up, Up, & Away".  The image I chose is called Floating Away, imported into Silhouette Studio to print/cut out, colored with copics, and glossy accents on the balloons.  The layout is the monthly sketch at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps.  The balloon paper is some I found on Pinterest, striped and blue sky paper from The Paper Studio, and blue cs from Craft Smith blues 12x12 pad.  Balloons are a cut file from the Silhouette Store, colored it match balloons in the paper, printed and cut out with my Cameo.  White ribbon colored green, DMC blue embroidery floss, and Fiskars scalloped border punch.
