QKR Stampede Challenge #235 - ATG w/Optional Twist Congratulations

Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone!  My card even has green on it, which wasn't planned!  Today starts another new challenge at QKR Stampede and this week our optional twist is "Congratulations".  I am using "Baby Frame".  I brought it into Silhouette Studio where I made the congratulations, free baby feet clipart, and printed it all out.  I colored it with copics, clear wink of stella on the stars and silver wink of stella on the pin and key ring.  Lawn Fawn large stitched rectangle to cut it out, yellow cs from Hobby Lobby and green gingham from The Paper Studio basics 12x12 pad.
